Meet our staff





Abe Soliman, MD:

Dr Soliman is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry.

After completing his psychiatry residency at Boston Medical Center in Massachusetts, he did two years of Addiction fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr Soliman was the Medical Director of Keystone Medical Center in Pennsylvania where he managed 120 inpatient beds treating detoxification, rehabilitation, compulsive gambling and compulsive sexual addiction.  He has a long history of experience treating substance abuse and mental health patients at VA hospitals, state hospitals and private hospitals.

Currently, Dr. Soliman is the medical director of Individual Care Center (ICC), an outpatient and intensive outpatient facility that provides a variety of treatments for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Dr. Soliman and his team involve the patient and their family in treatment.


Jon Kallis, LISW

Jon Kallis is a Licensed Independent Social Worker for the State of Ohio. Mr. Kallis has over a decade of experience treating individuals with various mental health and substance abuse problems. Mr. Kallis graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Psychology. Upon graduation, Jon worked at the prestigious Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago where he specialized in the Inpatient treatment of eating disorders. He then went on to graduate school at Loyola University of Chicago where he received his Masters degree in Social Work. Since that time, he has worked with clients of all ages and background in the private and public sector. He has over six years experience working within the public school setting treating children and families while consulting with the teachers and school administrations. Currently, he specializes in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, Chemical Dependency, and Childhood Disorders including Autism and Learning Disabilities, as well as dual diagnosis. Jon utilizes the approach that is best and most comfortable for the client. He is also licensed by the state of Illinois and Pennsylvania as well as being a Licensed School Social Worker in the state of Illinois.


Stacie Cahill, LISW

Stacie Cahill is a licensed clinical social worker with more than a decade of experience. Mrs. Cahill specializes in chemical dependency. She has expertise in the treatment of a wide range of problems, including Adoption Related Issues, OCD, and Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Overeating, Conflict Management, Family Therapy, and Couples Counseling. Mrs. Cahill is devoted to serving clients in search of greater peace and contentment.  She utilizes humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapies as she works to help facilitate client goals. She is compassionate and committed to positive change.


Pam Parker, LISW

Pam Parker is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in the field of counseling, mental health and chemical dependency treatment. She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters’ Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She has experience in both the public & private sectors in working with adolescents and adults. She is experienced in individual and group treatment modalities for a wide variety of issues & problems, such as Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Grief, Assertiveness, and Self-esteem building, Spiritual issues, Mind/Body work, and EMDR.

She utilizes humanistic, reality and cognitive behavioral therapies and other forms of treatment that are best and most comfortable for the client.


Cassandra Cote, LISW  

Cassandra has more than 10 years experience in the mental health and addiction fields. She utilizes an educational approach, teaching life skills and coping skills. She individualizes each client’s treatment to fit their needs. She has helped people overcome anxiety, depression, change negative thinking, dual diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse, stress management, and grief issues.

Tanya Hannigan, M.Ed., LPCC


Tanya is a licensed professional clinical counselor and was our first therapist at Individual Care Center (ICC), starting in March 2006. A native of Arlington, VA, she received her master’s degree in Counseling from Xavier University and has had ten years’ experience in the mental health field. Beginning in 1992, she was the first Mental Health Technician on the Adult Psychiatric Unit at Bethesda Oak Hospital, conducting intakes and providing individual and group therapy. Tanya has also worked extensively with children and adolescents, teaching anger management and coping skills and helping them develop greater self esteem through Art and Play therapy. She has worked at the Children’s Home of Cincinnati in their Partial Hospitalization program and at St. Joseph Orphanage in an intensive, home-based therapy program where she worked with high-risk families who needed to improve structure and parenting skills. Tanya currently provides clinical assessments and individual counseling at a mental health agency in Butler County, in addition to working part-time at ICC. A very knowledgeable and creative therapist, Tanya has a real passion for self-discovery and personal growth. Along with improving clients’ insight into their presenting emotional and/or behavioral problems, she assist clients in identifying and healing core conflicts, then building hope and skills toward resolution. She specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Parenting, Women’s Issues, Sexuality, Mind/Body work, and Spiritual Issus. 

Jenny Reeves, Psy.D. 

Jenny Reeves, Psy.D., earned her doctorate in psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2001.  She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Child Focus, Inc. in 2004.  Dr. Reeves has experience with individual/family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults.  Her areas of interest include behavior disorders including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma including sexual and physical abuse, and grief/loss issues including divorce.  Dr. Reeves is also able to conduct psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
