Our approach to therapy involves taking a look at the issues from different aspects: a person’s environment, lifestyle habits, values, beliefs, motivations and physical habits.
We believes there is a close correlation between the mind and the body which is often overlooked in therapy. We have founded of movement therapy were we believe that physiology needs to be addressed in conjunction with mind issues. By understanding how the body affects the mind and how the mind affects the body, the problems clients face are more easily understood and conquered.
